Paramite L.A. for Cattle & Swine

Overview

Paramite L.A. for Cattle & Swine is a highly effective treatment designed to eliminate and control horn flies, lice, sarcoptic mange and ticks on swine, beef and dairy cattle.

IMPORTANT:

-In Cattle: Repeat treatment as necessary, but not more than every 7 to 10 days.
-In Swine: Applying single applications are usually effective for controlling against lice and sarcoptic mange infestations. Should a second application be necessary, one may be made 14 days following first treatment.

Consult your veterinarian, extension livestock specialist, or extension entomologist regarding timing of treatments.

* Follow "Directions For Use" on product label VERY careful, product is highly flammable. Shake well before using.

Dilute with water before use.

Stir thoroughly. Apply fresh mix -as a course spray- taking care to wet skin, not just hair.

Do not apply to the point of run-off. Do not allow spray to drift.

Avoid breathing or ingesting spray mist.

For best results, use together with other Vet-Kem Products for complete flea and tick infestation control.


WARNINGS:

* This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of equipment washwaters or rinsate. Drift and runoff from treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in neighboring areas.

* When applying, mixing, or loading, applicators must wear protective eyewear, long-sleeve shirts, long pants, socks, shoes, and chemically resistant gloves. Remove contaminated clothing immediately after application and wash before reuse.
