Add items to your Shopping Cart. As you navigate our site, add as many items to your shopping cart as you wish. The amount of items in your cart is indicated next to the Shopping Cart image at the top each store page.
Viewing your Shopping Cart. To see what is in your Shopping Cart, click on the Shopping Cart image at the top of any store page. Here you can adjust the quantity of each item and estimate shipping costs before checking out. Shipping is estimated using our standard mode of shipment- First Class Maill using the U.S Postal Service. You will have the option to change your shipping method during the checkout process.
Checkout. Checkout begins with logging in if you have purchased from us before, or simply providing your email address to proceed as a guest.
- Checkout Summary A summary of your information is displayed to the right and updated as you progress through the checkout process. You can always go back to edit any of your information by clicking on the Edit links in the summary.
- Billing and Shipping Address(es). If you've logged in, your stored shipping and billing information should be filled in for you. If not, enter your address then click Continue.
- Shipping Method Choose a shipping option if you'd like your items faster than our standard shipping method. Then click Continue.
- Payment Information. Enter your credit card information and click Continue.
- Review Your Order The last step in the checkout process. Review your information, once you're sure everything is accurate, click Submit Order.
- Confirmation Once your order is processed you will see a confirmation message. You will also be emailed a confirmation and receipt.
- PawsPlus will appear on your receipts and your credit card statement.

All prices are in US dollars. We are committed to bringing you, our customer, the lowest prices available online. We encourage you to shop around, we're confident you'll find our everyday prices are lower than the competition.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for all orders. You can order online with confidence that your credit information is safe and secure - we use the latest SSL encryption to transmit your information securely. In addition, we will never share or sell your email address or personal information with anyone outside our company.
You will be billed by PawsPlus and will see PawsPlus on your credit card statement.
All shipments to APO/FPO address are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery.
NOTE: The following items cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO address: oversized items, vaccines, electronic items, and some meat products. Contact customer service to determine the exact restrictions.
Follow these steps when entering an APO or FPO address
- 1. Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant fields
- 2. Enter APO or FPO in the City field.
- 3. Enter AE in the State field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter AA if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter AP if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
- 4. Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from the Country drop-down menu.
We apologize to our international friends but at this time we are only able to ship orders within the United States.
We proudly stand behind all our products. At PawsPlus, we are not happy unless you are 100% satisfied. You can return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the order date. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.
1. You should email or call us and request a return approval from Customer Service. Please provide an explanation of why your product needs to be returned.
2. Once you recieve the approval, return items using the address and return information you were given. If you no longer have the packing slip that came with your order, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. Product should be either unopened or in otherwise new condition to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund.
3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. PawsPlus will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at one of our clinics or through our online store.
